The Daily Network Privacy Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

The Daily Network (“Daily Network,” “we,” or “us”) is a family of independent specialist trade publications covering private wealth and private markets. The network and its publications are operated by FINTRX, Inc. This policy applies to The Daily Network website, each Daily Network publication, newsletters, reader accounts, and related services that link to it.

Information we collect

Information you provide: contact and professional information such as your name, email address, job title, employer, and professional interests; subscription and newsletter choices; account and profile information; saved stories, topics, firms, alerts, and other workspace preferences; survey and poll responses; correspondence with us; and information you enter into interactive tools.

Information collected through use of the network: the publications, pages, stories, topics, firms, people, searches, links, newsletters, and tools you view or use; the date, time, duration, referring page, and general interaction associated with that activity; email delivery, open, and click information; device and browser information; approximate location; and network information that may help us associate activity with a business or professional organization.

Information from other sources: professional information from identity and sign-in providers that you choose to use, publicly available business information, and information from service providers that help us maintain, secure, and understand use of the network.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the network; deliver the publications, newsletters, alerts, and account features you request; remember your preferences across Daily Network publications; personalize and improve coverage and products; understand readership, content performance, and professional interest; develop audience, topic, firm, and market-level insights; communicate with you; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

Where we infer interests or intent from reading and product activity, we treat those conclusions as derived signals rather than facts supplied by you. We use the underlying activity, its source, and its recency to support those signals.

How we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, identity, analytics, email delivery, and other network operations, subject to contractual restrictions. Because FINTRX, Inc. operates The Daily Network, information may also be used within FINTRX for network operations, product improvement, business intelligence, and relevant business or marketing communications. You may opt out of sharing or targeted-use practices where applicable through our Privacy Choices page.

We may also disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction, to protect the network and its users, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information to unaffiliated data brokers.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to keep readers signed in, maintain cross-publication preferences, measure readership, attribute visits and subscriptions, and secure the network. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some account and preference features may no longer work. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out where required.

LinkedIn and other third-party services

When you follow a Daily Network Page, interact with a Daily Network post, visit the network from LinkedIn, or choose a LinkedIn sign-in or sharing feature, LinkedIn processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the information and permissions made available through the feature you use and use it for publishing, analytics, attribution, account access, and audience understanding consistent with this policy. The same principle applies to other third-party identity, email, and distribution services.

Your choices and rights

You can manage newsletter subscriptions through the links in our emails and manage supported account preferences within My Desk. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted uses. Submit a request through Privacy Choices or email privacy@privatewealthdaily.com. We will verify and respond to requests as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the network, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, and support the purposes described above. We then delete or de-identify it. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Daily Network is a professional information service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the network, its services, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date; material changes will receive additional notice when required.
